Changing PIN code when you don't know or remember it

1. Make sure you are not logged in to HH Finna.
2. Click the following link change your PIN code.
3. Type your library card number and your email address connected to your library customer account.
4. You'll get a link to your email that will take you to a page where you can make a new PIN code.
5. Note that if you use HAKA login, you'll have to add your library card number and the new PIN next time you log in to Finna.

Changing PIN code when logged in to HH Finna

• If you are already logged in to HH Finna, change your PIN code at your account Library Cards page.
• Note! If you have logged in with HAKA login and you haven't earlier added your library card number & PIN code to your account, you cannot change your PIN code when you are logged in. Read the first part of this instruction.

PIN code reset via library's customer services

If you are not able to make yourself a new PIN code online, contact the library. You can reach us via chat, email or by phone. You can also come to the library during service hours. Remember to bring your library card and an ID with you.
